IIRC, this is where you left off the last couple of times you asked this
question. Which of these systems do you use? What progress have you made
in the interim?

For others who may be interested: First, install a Java Runtime
Environment (JRE) or Java Development Kit (JDK). Mac OS X comes with
Java; other installers are here:
<http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads>
Then download the AppleCommander ac.jar. The command line version of
AppleCommander is known to work with Java 1.4/5/6 on Mac OS X 10.4/5,
Windows XP/2000/Vista/7, and several linux distributions, including
Fedora 10/11, RedHat 8/9/EL3/EL5, CentOS 4/5 and Ubuntu 6/7/8/9.

The GUI version of AppleCommander requires SWT, which is well supported
on a variety of platforms:

On Mac OS, you might like ADFS:

If you're on Windows, you should definitely try CiderPress:
