: Boy, wouldn't it be nice! Unfortunately, one does not exist. The closest
: you can come is the Apple //e card for the Mac LC and LC 2. IF you want
: an extremely painful way to emulate a //, use a PC emulation program,
: and then run APL2EM (available by FTP from somewhere...). Like I said,
: PAIN!! I heard a rumor of a //GS emullator for the Amiga, but as far
: as I _know_, there is no such thing as a //GS emulator for ANY other
: system. Sorry. (Of course, if someone out there knows of one, please
: SURPRISE us!!! ;-)

Unfortunately, this is not 100% correct: I have seen one at the local
Apple dealer. WAIT: it was a beta (omega?) release and evyrthing but
finished, but Einstein succesfully poked himself into the monitor and
started a great confusion in the "IIGS ROM". If anyone is interested in
it, I can ask Mr. Brunner what happened to this piece of software.

Hope that helps.

BTW: I said unfortunately because you will never have this unique
GS-felling on an emulator, for example, on a mac you will never
encounter the situation when the top case of the GS iomplodes only
because you've put some disks onto the montior. GREAT....
