The version of Sound Shop that comes with Hyperstudio 3.1 can save
sounds as Sound Resource files. I don't remember the exact version number,
but the mod date on it is around May 1992. There's also rSounder by Paul
Benson which is a quick and simple utility for turning raw sound files into
a Sound Resource file.
