LC Transwarp?

 have just read in the January edition of A+/InCider, in the AE ad on page
13, of a special deal from AE on a "TransWarp LC 25MHz accelerator". Does anyone
know anything about this animal? Specifically, does it speed up the IIe card? If
so, it might actually be worth convincing the powers that be at work that I need
to budget for an LC. It's not worth it to me at it's present speed, however. I 
was aiming for a new IIgs, but of course you can't buy 'em any more... :-)
