  Um, you could reach him through the GEnie or America Online gateways,
but be warned, Mike takes his time when it comes to email. You would be
alot better off if you a friend had access to 'conference areas' on
GEnie or America Online.

  But, Mike can be reached on America Online as MikeW50@aol.com
