Did you set the DIP switches to the correct setting?  I believe
they were 1-7 and 1-8 (DIP switch set #1, switches 7 and 8).  I
don't recall the proper settings though, you should be able to
find it in the manual/hyperstudio stack, or someone else might
be able to tell you.
