help a soon-to-be proline sysop!

I would like to hear from current proline sysops who have their machines
connected to unix machines for mail exchange. I would like help setting
up my software to communicate with unix or info on how I can access via the net
a machine already set up. Reply here or to ranster@aol.com if this does not
