That explains why Zip Tech was so evasive about dealing w/ it. I sent a
defective one back to them Registered mail --- they claimed they never got it.
The Post Office tracked it & sure enough, they HAD received it. My postal
connection told me that they do that all they time, ie. claim non-receipt of
returns, probably as a delaying tactic....
I got tired of waiting (5 mo.) for a replacement, & just asked for the old one
back. It worked OK w/ everything but Pub.It3
caveat emptor.
