I got Binscii to EXEC. Thanks.

I wrote in a day ago that I was having trouble EXECing Binscii.
I goofed about the binscii.txt part.  It WAS binscii.exe that I was
trying to EXEC.  Anyway, Todd posted a different version and someone
else told me that it was a problem w/ linefeeds instead of carraige
returns.  I think that was my problem.  I just copied and edited Todd's
posting and it worked fine!
