Both the CD and EF ROMs are 2764s.  The video ROM, however, is not a
2716--it is a 2732.  The first 2K contains character bitmaps, while
the second 2K contains bitmaps for the graphics display.  If you use a
2716 in the video-ROM socket, text modes will work...but graphics
modes will display semi-random hash.

Somewhere around here, I have images for all the ROMs (both original
and enhanced) on disk.  I don't think Apple would like them to be sent
out, though. :-)
