That's my guess, too.

Blowing blows most dust off, and some dust *in*.  Every connector
has lots of entry points for dust that can render a connection
intermittent or gone.

The first line of defense on connector problems is re-mating, so I
suggest you take everything apart again and put it back together,
carefully checking for proper mating of connectors.

Unless high pressure air actually blew something off a board (like
one of your jumpers), I'm betting that will fix it.
