Resource Central should have _AppleShare Programmer's Guide for the
Apple IIgs_, which is exactly what you're looking for. It used to
be more-or-less available from APDA (sometimes more, sometimes less).
If Resource Central doesn't have it, let me know (we'd want to fix that).
