Apple //e and Tar,.Z and Comma Delimited ADB

Are there any utilities to Untar a file, or uncompress (.Z) a file on the appl //e. I would find it very useful to be able to do either or preferablly both.
Also I am looking for a program to convert Comma Delimited ASCII Database files
to Appleworks 3.0 or any Appleworks DB file format.
