The GS/OS cache caches _everything_.  Every block read from a cacheable
device is cached.

I think having your cache set beyond 64K or 128K would be silly, since
caching can only help so much (particularly software cacheing).  I keep
mine at 32K.  You might try sitting down with a stopwatch and try various
sizes until you find the best one.

Personally, I'd suspect that with the RAMfast, the best GS/OS cache size
would be something small (or zero), just because double-cacheing doesn't
seem like a smart way to speed up the works.
