.hqx is like .bsq or .uue.  Basically, it's a way of converting files to
text for email transmission.  I believe that GScii+ will decode this file.
Normally, after that, you get a shrinkit file (.sit) which GSHK (GS ShrinkIt)
can unpack for you.
