	If you already have a vulcan, it would be better if you just got
the gold upgrade. However, if the Turbo IDE card can use the vulcan drive
and you're willing to spend nearly $200 for a moderatly faster HD, then
get the Turbo IDE card. Its up to how much your willing to spend for a
fast HD system.
