Summary: What's all this about a "new" 8MB RAM card

With all this talk currently going on about RAMcards and such, I just
found an interesting advertisement from TMS Peripherals:

NEW!!!

CV-RAM
The NEW CV-Ram comes with 4Mbs already installed and is user expandable to
8Mbs utilizing standard 1x4 DRAMs.  Fully DMA comaptible...etc,etc,etc...

The prices shown for this "new" 8MB card seem reasonable (4MB=$185,
5MB=$221, 6MB=$257, 7MB=$293, 8MB=$329) for a single card.

So, has anybody heard of this new 8MB CV-RAM card?
Is it real, or just the old "piggyback" card and the Sequential Systems card?
