It's currently impossible because Quickdraw only supports the two IIgs
Graphics modes.  You'd have to rewrite Quickdraw II, QD Aux, and parts
of other toolsets.  You'd also need a video card of some sort.

Of course, you _can_ hook up two monitors to your GS quite easily, but
they will both display the same image.  You can hook up an RGB and a
composite monitor (B/W or color) to the same GS since there are two
video connectors on the back.  Not extremely useful, but I've done
it.
