Appleworks GS files to any mac program

I need to move some appleworks GS data (database and wp)
to a Mac.  I am thinking that Microsoft Works or Claris
Works would be the best things to move it into.


Question:
	Which works package on the mac has the best import
facilities, when it comes to appleworks?
