First, what kind of file are you trying to unpack--ShrinkIt (.SHK) or
StuffIt (.SIT)?  Big difference...StuffIt is a Macintosh compression
algorithm that hasn't been ported to the Apple II.

If it's a ShrinkIt file, any recent version of ShrinkIt should be able
to unpack the file.  The amount of RAM in your system is irrelevant;
what matters is the amount of free space on your HD.
