A good friend of mine has almost exactly the same setup and exactly the 
same problem.  He already has a heavy duty power supply but that does 
nothing to alleviate the heat problem/symptoms.  He even tried replacing 
the fan in his System Saver with a much larger one (did a terrible job 
cutting a bigger hole in the SS case, but looks aren't everything).  Even 
the larger fan did not help.  The only remedy he has found (after more than 
a year and a half with the problem) is to remove the GS cover totally.  
Note - with the TWGS removed the heat problems disappear.  This was what 
made up my mind to go with a ZipGS instead.
