Yes.  Get two PhoneNet connectors, one for each machine.  On the GS, install
"AppleShare (3.5" Disk)" on your system disk.  On the Mac, open the Sharing
Setup control panel and turn on File Sharing.  Then select the disk or
folder(s) you want to share and choose "Sharing..." from the File menu. 
Select "Share this item and its contents".  Then open the Users & Groups
control panel and create a new user; give it the same name as your IIGS. 
(The IIGS should ask you for a user name when you restart with the AppleShare
installed.)  Then on the IIGS, open the AppleShare control panel.  It'll list
the volumes you can mount (the disks or folders you selected for sharing on
the Mac).  Select the ones you want, and they'll appear on the GS desktop as
file server icons.
