A friend once told me that he would not bother getting any software
that would require him to use unconventional methods to run. He has a
Unidisk drive and a hard drive and can't run alot of stuff because it
required an Apple 3.5 drive. Any software that isn't GS/OS compatible
isn't worth his time to use no matter how good it may look.
I can sympatize with him. I would not go and repartition and
reformat my hard drive everytime I run into software that isn't
compatible with GS/OS. Any software designed for the GS should follow
Apple's guidelines. However a program like the DOS 3.3 Launcher might
be a good idea, but there are just too many different kinds of
independant OS for the GS.
