FYI, there's also Hyper C, but I get the feeling that the general
consensus is that it really isn't even worth looking at. I havn't
personally used it, so pipe in if you think otherwise.
The other package worth looking at, if you're not tied to C and were
just looking for a HLL that would compile on an 8 bit Apple II and run
under ProDOS, is Kyan Pascal.
