I don't know if there is an equivalent but I will tell you how I do: I
have Parallels and XP on a disk image and whenever I double-click an
Apple II disk image, Ciderpress is launched and thanks to Parallel
shared folders I can add files.

The drawback is that I cannot copy from/to volumes from my Compact
Flash card with Parallels/Ciderpress because OS/X does not mount it as
it is unable to recognize it.
