Crunching LOGO?

I've been trying to crunch either of these versions of LOGO (Apple LOGO 1, 
Terrapin LOGO) without success, and mb someone else knows a little more 
about how I could pack Apple LOGO, or how I could get around a little 
issue of Terrapin LOGO.

Apple LOGO uses the Language Card which makes crunching harder since I 
have to find room in the lower 48 for the LC contents and a stub loader. 
(The crunching tool will do some work for me with regard to the lower 48.)

The issue with Terrapin is different: it needs a relatively standard DOS 
(ProntoDOS seems to work so long as the free space patch is diabled, same 
prolly holds true for the mutated version I use on most of my disks), and 
it needs MAXFILES to be 1 (or CATALOG will destroy it).  I haven't yet 
successfully figured out a way to do it, which I am thinking would need to 
be "unhook DOS, adjust MAXFILES by hand, reconnect DOS and then run the 
program".
