$200 is just play money compared to what the Apple //e cost back-in-the-day. 
I consider myself privileged to be included in a small run of these and 
lucky that real engineers are doing world class development on a computer 
this old. I don't think of it as being an investment really and as far as 
some party in Kansas... we have parties in Canada too...

Alex Freed did a great job on the Freed Applicard that I have here. I told 
Alex that I wanted a Carte-Blanche at that time. I am willing to trust and 
to be patient especially considering the talent that is working on this 
card.

Bottom line is that if someone as impatient as me can be patient so can you. 
I am not capable of doing this myself and I consider myself pretty smart so 
I guess I'll also trust Alex and Steve & Co. and check-in from time to 
time...

And like Nick and Stephen H. et al I'll try to enjoy what's left of a rather 
dismally cool summer.
