So I'm bringing an issue to the forefront because I believe other
people need to be made aware of whats going on here.  I simply made a
public request to have an item returned so that a hardware project
could be realized. The reason I made a public request was that the
loaned item in question has been unreturned for over 3 years despite
multiple private requests to do so. Therefore, I don't feel that my
post was out of line in any, way given the circumstances.

I understand that you have some animosity, you likewise brought up
your distain for Kfest on another thread, and thats ok. However, you
may want to consider refraining from any discussions on the mailing
list, if not, remove yourself altogether. It really is in bad taste to
bash the community on one end and want to be an active participant on
the other; it looks rather silly. No one will stop you, of course.
