Hey all. I found a Shiva FastPath on eBay, thinking I could use it to
get my IIGS on my home network.
It didn't come with a "transceiver", which I think is just a
dongle-thing to convert the 10base2 to 10baseT. Is that correct, and
where can I get one?
I have a PowerBook 3400 I can use to configure the FastPath, I do need
to do that, right?
The IIGS only speaks AppleTalk through the network port, right? My
network is currently 100% TCP/IP with OS X machines and Windoze XP and
newer. What server stuff do I need to run, and what do I need to run
on the IIGS so I can communicate with the other systems?
