As David Wilson said, parallel printer card.
They were reasonably popular here in Australia.
You have the later model which can interface with a 64k print
buffer card which goes in an adjoining slot.
Alas, I not longer have it to take any pics :(
P3 is the connector for the external printer. A cable with a
26pin edge connector <-> Centronics plug goes on here.
Software in the rom has all kinds of fancy Gfx capabilities
to match an Epson FX-80 or equivalent.
