Michael,
Try the whole shooting match one more time. the new install should
work now as Oliver has taken a look at it and says it is fixed. As
for Marks issue, it is a boot slot issue which I will fix today.
Somehow, it was trying to boot the HDD image in Slot 5 instead of 7.
My data entry mistake on this one.
