Yep, *nix unzip will be fine.
AFAIK only Vista doesn't like this.

("This" being the "external file attributes" byte for the directory
having the directory bit not set. Most unzip apps ignore this, but
Vista sees it as a directory and a zero-length file, giving a
potential conflict during the unzip.)
