Thanks for the replies..

I rarely run sweet16 at full speed usually around 2.6mhz - 4Mhz. Am
playing with games at the moment so full speed is just way to fast :).
At 2.6Mhz see around 60-80% CPU usage and sound/emu still slows
down..so doesn't look like CPU issue then, though the emu/sound slows
down at top end of that scale..

renice wouldn't really help me here as happy for Sweet16 to use all
CPU :) if i could get things to play and sound well. Think i have
exhausted everything now, will continue to run bernie on psimo under
OS 9.2 (doesn't seem to want to play nicely under classic, graphics
don't seem to refresh) and kegs on windows/mac.
