64bit isn't new. So NO one is an early adopter by using a 64bit
windows OS.

I mean, seriously, what are you trying to say?

If this was like 2005 I'd agree, but it's not. And there's been 64bit
versions of windows for quiet awhile now. Which I am happily running.
(considering I have 6gb of ram in 1 machine, and 12gb in the other).

Maybe you should rephrase that to something like this:

I run a 32bit OS and because of that I think no one else can justify
running a 64bit OS. Because I do NOT run a 64bit OS, I think people
that do are early adopters.

Maybe i'm misunderstanding, but up to that post of yours, i really
considered your a pretty knowledgable person.

Granted your suggestion about the VirtualBox is spot on.

I have another suggestion. Get an old PC and use it just for
networking/ADTPro your older machines.

Because if the author of the software doesn't want to make it work
with 64bit software/OS, then unless someone does, your SOL.

But considering the number of peeps that are into Apple's and stuff,
i'm sure somone will work something out.

If not, whats another old computer hanging about?
