Firstly, I recommend having a read of the Apple II FAQ section on
monitors:
http://home.swbell.net/rubywand/Csa2MONITOR.html

It will give you the pinouts for a couple of the monitors you have so
that you can make a suitable cable. Basically, the IIgs uses a similar
15 KHz mode to the Amiga, so most of the Commodore Amiga monitors
should be capable of being used with the IIgs (with the suitable cable
of course!).
