BTW, you are correct about Mac monitors - they *will not* work with
the IIgs because they don't support the 15kHz mode that the IIgs
outputs. The same can be said for any VGA monitor.

Also, I had to add a variable resisitor to my 1084S cable to correct
some synchronisation issues that I was having. If you make a cable and
cannot get it to sync properly, I can provide details of what I had to
do.
