Comp.sys.apple2 is for the older 8/16 bit Apple II line of
computers that predate both the Macintosh and the IBM PC line of
computers.

You'd have much better luck asking this question in a comp.sys.mac.*
newsgroup.  Someone there will be able to help you better.
