A couple of things come to mind.  The apple community is all about
sharing and the more websites that carry apple programs and history
then it could benefit everyone as long as there is no personal gain.
But if you are losing income due to less traffic on your website from
advertisements to support the website and he is gaining credibility
and advertisement income, you could look into maybe a forum he might
be hosting and try to post a violation notice.  I guess the real
question is "Is it a pride thing or a personal gain/loss thing" that
might sway your decision?
