You'll need a serial card if you don't already have one... The Super Serial Card is probably the most common and can still be had at a reasonable price.

Lantronix makes a number of devices that can translate serial to tcp. The UDS or MSS series are probably what you'd want. They can be a bit pricey though.

You can also set up a windows or *nix computer to act as a gateway.
