This sounds like you need to maybe delete your Sweet16 preferences in
the Application Support folder and try over from scratch.

I will say that in the past, Sweet16 had problems with folders that
have multibyte characters (ie, non-ASCII characters). I thought these
were all fixed, but it's possible something is still happening there.
Could you let me know what the full path to your Application Support/
Sweet16 folder is?
