I'm wondering how cross-related those aging effects are?    Ie. are
they 3 completely independent aging factors that must be measured
separately, or do they generally result from one aging factor (eg.
oxide or electrolyte loss)?

I found poor ESR in caps that still measured full capacitance, but
haven't come across enough bad caps to correlate these factors.
