If you create a disk image with disk utility, and do a "Get Info" on a
32 MB .dmg file and the same with a 40 MB .dmg file, you will notice
that on the 32 MB disk image there is a discrepancy between the image
and the volume, but on the 40 MB disk image they are exactly the same
number of bytes. This overhead on the 32 file may be causing the
malfunction.

When selecting any of the preselects in the menu, they are always
equal, but when you choose custom, there always seems to be a
difference in the image size and volume size. You may have to stick
with the preselected sizes (10-40-100).
