Are you saying that some law should be passed that makes it a criminal
offence to publish software without publishing disk images for all emulators
that are capable? Are you proposing that WIPO put this on the agenda for
their next meeting or do you plan on lobbying the United Nations to gather
support for your proposal?

I am not sure I understand the question Joseph? I agree that you are
thinking about emulators.

I write lots of software and don't usually sell it and I don't offer it in
any media except as disk images or binaries. I don't care what anyone else
does. That's their business. If they want to offer disk images for sale
that's cool, and if they want to exclusively offer disk images that's fine
too. So I guess I agree for myself if that is what you are asking.
