Admin status of the asimov archive?

Hi. I just wondered who/what looks after the asimov archive these
days.

The other day I submitted a bug-fixed copy of an old game (Fortress of
the Witch King). I first looked around the top levels of the archive
for info on how to best do this, not having submitted before. I found
one file stating I should submit an ASM (Apple Software Map) entry for
the disk image to a specified email address. The address was dead. I
couldn't see any info about how/who to contact concerning anything to
do with the site.

I ended up leaving both the disk image and the ASM file in the
'incoming' box. A couple of days later some nice admin had filed the
game in the appropriate place and stuck the ASM file alongside it. But
who was that person? And shouldn't there be some kind of updated
welcome/submission info on there? I know it's a volunteer thing, but
the other info was clearly well out of date. Either that or I caught
that email address on a bad day.
