Probably not. It is a 1995ish model, much newer than the LC and Quadra,
so well into the era where multi-scan monitors were common.

I don't have any unswitched adapters, but I do have a 7200 sitting
around which belongs to my user group (unused for about ten years). It
has a third party monitor with the Mac connector, I think, but I could
try it with my switched adapter in a multi-scan mode. If that works,
your 7200 should be fine with an unswitched adapter. (Assuming the
computer still works, of course.)

The monitor may be a bigger issue. One of my switched adapters has two
rows of 8 switches, and its settings include issues like whether to
supply composite sync, or separate horizontal and vertical sync, and
which pins they go on. Some monitors may only handle certain settings.
