Steve, this jogged my memory and I checked through my old files.

I found a hand written note that said

128K Bank switches

C0n4 = bank 1
C0n5 = bank 2
C0n6 = bank 3
C0n7 = bank 4

C0nC = bank 5
C0nD = bank 6
C0nE = bank 7
C0nF = bank 8

with n being 8 for slot 0 .. etc
