You should also feel sorry for anyone who puts business so far above friends 
and family that if there is a hell they will burn or freeze there for 
eternity (depending on what happens there of course), whether their last 
name is Jobs, Gates, or Buckels.

FWIW I think that Jobs should be able to demolish the house.
