It's a Pacemark / Q-RAM standard reference design, no frills, 4 MB
card. DMA compatible due to simplicity.

Look at the 74F04 at location U8, it looks like it's got an issue.
Could be just the way the picture is, but .. it looks like they do
when they let the smoke out.  There is also that spot of foreign
matter near the lower edge, back side, thats kinda yellowish, too.
Perhaps it's a piece of foam stuck to the card.

The dip switch is for 1 SIMM, 2 SIMMs, or 4 SIMMs.
