I have the software, but not on the net at the moment. Could
potentially provide to you and perhaps Scott Alfter for hosting on his
site alongside the CS software.

There's one on ebay at the moment. Can't imagine that it will sell at
the price wanted, but a best offer of $10 is probably not going to be
taken too well either :)
