Sure it can.  You need to go to the configuration options (joystick/
speaker button), hit the "Disk" tab, then tick the "Enable harddisk in
slot 7" checkbox.  Then, hit the "Select HDD1" button and give it your
32M image.  Hit OK, and boot away!
